We offer free standard shipping to customers in the UK. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically between 5-8 business days.
Please note that delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, or weather conditions.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns up to 31 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will issue a full refund for the order amount, once we receive the returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at support@picadex.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
